Anil is quite different from other employers. Unlike other employers, anil is very kind. So he decides to reform the thief through kindness and sympathy. As he gives a fifty rupee note to the boy who theft his money, the boy feels a transformation in himself. thus, Anil transformer a Thief into a good boy willing again education.
